Shashank Randev

Shashank Randev is the Founder and Partner at 100X.VC, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Mumbai, India. Prior to establishing the investment fund in 2019, he served as the Vice President of VCCircle, a prominent financial news and data platform that was successfully acquired by News Corp in 2015. His earlier corporate career includes strategic and operational roles at Zensar Technologies and NIIT Limited, where he focused on business development and enterprise sales. At 100X.VC, Randev has been instrumental in deploying capital into more than 140 seed-stage startups using the pioneering India Simple Agreement for Future Equity instrument. Holding an MBA from the International Management Institute, his professional focus remains centered on sourcing early-stage technology investments, structuring seed funding rounds, and advising emerging founders across the broader Indian startup ecosystem.
