Shaun Ayrton

Shaun Ayrton is the cofounder and CEO of Galini, an enterprise AI compliance startup based in San Francisco, California. Backed by Y Combinator, the company provides compliance guardrails as a service to help organizations deploy artificial intelligence applications securely. Previously, Ayrton served as a senior engagement manager at McKinsey, where he drove over $500 million in revenue growth for Fortune 50 software and telecommunications firms. During his tenure, he developed the go-to-market strategy for a conversational AI leader that scaled to $1 billion in revenue before being acquired for nearly $20 billion. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Wharton and dual degrees in computer science and finance from the University of Pennsylvania. His current focus centers on bridging business strategy with technical execution to solve data privacy and regulatory challenges in enterprise AI adoption.
