Shaun Cooley is a Managing Partner at Bain Capital Ventures based in San Francisco, California, where he leads investments in enterprise software and developer tools across North America. Since joining the firm in 2023, he has managed over $3 billion in assets and executed more than 20 investments, including backing notable companies such as Confluent, Cockroach Labs, and Snyk.
