Shawn Broderick

Shawn Broderick is a Venture Partner at SOSV and a General Partner at dlab. With over 20 years of operational experience in the technology sector, he has founded, funded, and sold multiple enterprises while advising or investing in more than 50 early-stage startups. Broderick also serves as a Managing Director at Techstars Boston, where he has guided numerous alumni companies through the accelerator program since 2009. As a veteran entrepreneur, he established and grew several technology ventures, including play140, TrustPlus, Genetic Anomalies, DigitalShares, and Voxx Inc. Throughout his career, his operational expertise has included sourcing executive talent, managing technical teams, and raising funds for both individual businesses and broader investment vehicles. His current focus centers on managing accelerator programs and deploying capital across the food technology and deep tech sectors through entities like Food-X and dlab.
