Shin Enomoto

Shin Enomoto is a Principal at MS&AD Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, based in Menlo Park, California. In this capacity, he directs early-stage investments across the global insurtech, fintech, and healthcare sectors, targeting startups that offer strategic value. Prior to assuming his current investment role, Enomoto served as the Senior Head of Business Development and Manager at MS&AD Ventures between 2023 and 2024. During that period, he was responsible for facilitating strategic collaborations between emerging technology entrepreneurs and the broader corporate ecosystem. Operating out of the Silicon Valley technology hub, he evaluates international deal flow to support the firm's overarching corporate innovation mandate. Enomoto’s current focus centers on deploying capital into early-stage ventures while bridging the gap between disruptive global startups and established Japanese financial institutions and insurance markets.
