Shinichiro Fuse is a Partner at GMO Venture Partners based in Tokyo, Japan, where he directs seed to Series A investments across the Japanese and Southeast Asian markets. Prior to his current position, he worked as an early-stage investor at Mitsubishi UFJ Capital and received his degree from Keio University. His venture capital portfolio encompasses more than 50 companies, highlighted by significant liquidity events such as the 2021 initial public offering of the accounting software firm freee, alongside other notable investments.
