Shivani Patel

Shivani Patel is the Co-founder and CEO of Telemetron, an operations and support platform for hardware companies. Prior to founding the two-person startup in 2025, she worked at SpaceX as the first software engineer on the Starlink customer support team. In this role, Patel operated as a solo engineer to build artificial intelligence support software from scratch, successfully scaling the division's automation rate from zero to 70 percent. Her technical contributions included developing a telemetry-based troubleshooting system to root-cause customer inquiries, creating an AI copilot for support agents, and deploying secure on-premises coding agents for internal engineers. Telemetron was recently accepted into Y Combinator as a participating company in the accelerator's F25 batch. Her current professional focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate technical support and streamline complex operations for global hardware enterprises.
