Shivon Zilis

Shivon Zilis is the Director of Operations and Special Projects at Neuralink, where she reports directly to Elon Musk. She earned a bachelor's degree in economics and philosophy from Yale University before building a career in venture capital and artificial intelligence. From 2017 to 2019, Zilis served as a Project Director at Tesla, focusing on the Autopilot chip and product design teams. She previously held a seat on the board of directors at OpenAI, which is where she initially connected with Musk through the organization's early nonprofit initiatives. Additionally, she serves as a board member for the Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence and the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute, while also acting as a founding member of C100.
