Shomik Ghosh is a Partner at Sierra Ventures, where he focuses on early-stage investments in enterprise and applied artificial intelligence companies. During his tenure at Top Tier Capital Partners, Ghosh participated in Series B through pre-IPO funding rounds for prominent technology firms, including CircleCI, Anaplan, and Shape Security. His early-stage portfolio at Boldstart Ventures included enterprise software startups such as CloudQuery, Kiln AI, and Noded AI. His broader financial career encompasses experience in technology mergers and acquisitions, venture debt, and fixed income trading, alongside operational experience at an unsuccessful early-stage startup. Ghosh currently focuses on partnering with technical founders at inception to build enduring businesses in the frontier AI sector.
