Shraey Bhatia

Shraey Bhatia is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Leaping AI, an emerging enterprise technology startup. Established in August 2023, the company develops self-improving voice artificial intelligence agents specifically designed to automate operations for enterprise businesses, call centers, and sales teams. Under his technical leadership, Leaping AI navigated early product pivots and successfully secured a position in the highly competitive Y Combinator W25 batch to further scale its communication technologies. Prior to launching this venture, Bhatia built his technical foundation by earning a PhD in natural language processing and large language models from the University of Melbourne. During his extensive academic career, he also participated in various complex artificial intelligence research challenges. His current focus centers on advancing voice technology innovations and building scalable CCaaS platforms driven entirely by sophisticated large language models.
