Shreya Karpoor

Shreya Karpoor is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Simplex, an early-stage technology startup focused on advancing robotic manipulation and artificial intelligence. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During her academic tenure at MIT, Karpoor conducted specialized research centered on the development of dexterous robotic manipulation systems. Prior to establishing her current entrepreneurial venture, she previously worked as a full-time software engineer at Tesla, where she applied her technical expertise to practical software development within a high-tech industrial environment.
