Shruti Gandhi

Shruti Gandhi is the General Partner at Array Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City, New York. She brings over 15 years of experience in technology investing, holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to her current role, she served as an investor at Golden Seeds and JumpStart Foundry. Her firm manages more than $100 million in assets across a portfolio of 50 companies, featuring notable exits such as CloudLock's acquisition by Cisco and Sift's sale to SoundCloud. In March 2025, she closed a $65 million third fund and recently led a Series A investment in the artificial intelligence startup CodeRabbit. Gandhi focuses her current investments primarily on enterprise software, developer tools, and emerging business-to-business technologies.
