Sieva Kozinsky

Sieva Kozinsky is the Managing Partner of The MBA Fund and is currently based in New York City. Prior to his career in venture capital, he studied computer science at Cornell University and launched multiple technology startups, including Trigger Finance and Solve It Partners, which was acquired by DealerTrack in 2012. He also co-founded BackerKit, a crowdfunding software platform that processed over $1 billion in funding for more than 50,000 projects before its acquisition in 2023. At The MBA Fund, Kozinsky oversees a portfolio of more than 50 companies and manages over $50 million in assets under management. Under his leadership, the firm recently raised a new $25 million vehicle in March 2024 to back early-stage technology ventures. His current investment focus centers on providing capital to fintech and software startups founded by MBA graduates.
