Silje Bareksten

Silje Bareksten is an Investor at Antler in Oslo and a former Chief Sustainability Officer at 3 Norske AS who focuses on combating corporate greenwashing. She previously held leadership roles as Head of Sustainability and Technology at Nor-Shipping and Head of Smart City for the Oslo Region. Demonstrating her commitment to environmental accountability, she helped launch the greenwashing information site grønnvaskning in partnership with major organizations including WWF, Zero, and Skift. Her advisory experience includes serving as a Future Council member for the World Economic Forum and sitting on the Board of Advisors at Mesh. She earned a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, specializing in innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational psychology. Throughout her career, including her time as a Technology Strategy Manager at Inven2, she has consistently merged technology innovation with rigorous sustainability verification.
