Silje Merete Grønning

Silje Merete Grønning is a Senior Investment Associate at Energy Impact Partners in Norway, where she sources and executes early to late-stage climate tech investments. She leads the firm's Nordic activities and established its Norwegian office to focus on the regional energy transition sector. Previously, Grønning worked as an Investment Associate in infrastructure equity at IFM Investors, managing deal origination and asset management for large-cap infrastructure projects. Her earlier career includes positions at Rystad Energy, Norsk Hydro, and Statkraft, supported by an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Born in 1990, she is also a board member at PASYC AS and a former professional athlete for Vipers Kristiansand. Grønning leverages over a decade of experience across asset classes to drive growth equity and venture investments in renewable energy.
