Simon Kubica

Simon Kubica is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alloy, a software development infrastructure startup based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Prior to launching his current venture, he served as a product leader at Atlassian, where he directed the strategic development and scaling of major enterprise software products. During his tenure at the global software company, his work specifically focused on advancing core developer platforms, including the widely utilized Jira and Forge applications. Under his executive leadership, Alloy became one of the rare Australian technology companies to be accepted into the highly competitive Y Combinator accelerator program, subsequently earning him professional recognition in publications such as Forbes and Business Insider.
