Soohoon Choi

Soohoon Choi is the cofounder of Greptile, an artificial intelligence startup developing code review and analysis tools for software engineering teams. He established the company in 2023 alongside cofounder Daksh Gupta after pivoting from an initial AI shopping assistant concept during the university's CREATE-X Startup Launch program. Under their leadership, Greptile participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2024 cohort and has secured $30 million in total funding, including a $25 million Series A round led by Benchmark at a $180 million valuation. The platform currently serves more than 2,000 customers, leveraging Choi's academic background from Georgia Tech, where he earned degrees in computer science and mathematics in 2023 before transitioning directly into the technology entrepreneurship space.
