Søren Rode

Søren Rode is a Danish technology executive and investor currently serving as an Investor at Bjergegaard & Co. in Denmark. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the IT consulting firm ProData Consult, overseeing its extensive corporate expansion. During his executive tenure, he scaled the business operations significantly and ultimately led its acquisition by a private equity fund in a transaction valued in the billions. Following this major exit, Rode partnered with Martin Rønne Bjergegaard to co-found the investment fund Strive Ventures to back emerging technology enterprises. Through these investment vehicles, he has directed capital into regional scaleups, including a notable investment in the human resources technology platform HR-ON. His current professional focus centers on providing strategic capital and operational guidance to growth-stage companies operating within the human resources and enterprise software sectors.
