Sovann Linden

Sovann Linden is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Excellence Learning, an education technology startup based in Palo Alto, California. He entered Oxford University at age 15, where he earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree in mathematics, before completing a Master of Engineering at Stanford University that included medical research. Prior to transitioning into the education sector, Linden spent three years working in finance in New York, holding analytical roles at a hedge fund and SoftBank. He recently launched Excellence Learning, a four-employee company participating in a Winter 2025 startup cohort, where he directs product strategy, daily operations, and growth initiatives. Leveraging over ten years of direct tutoring experience and recent educational outreach at the CFBL school, his current professional focus centers on developing adaptive artificial intelligence programs to optimize mathematics education.
