Spencer Mateega

Spencer Mateega is currently the Founder of AfterQuery, a new technology venture operating within the software space. Prior to establishing his current company, he began his entrepreneurial career early by co-founding and selling his first startup business during high school alongside a partner named Danny. Mateega subsequently gained institutional experience in the financial sector through internships in technology private equity at Silver Lake and technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He further developed his technical capabilities by completing software engineering internships at technology companies, including Meta and Google. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Mateega leverages this dual foundation in quantitative finance and software development to focus on building new technology enterprises.
