Spencer Rascoff is the Managing Partner of 75 & Sunny Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Seattle, Washington. Previously, he co-founded Zillow Group and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2019, leading the real estate technology company through its 2011 initial public offering and growing its market capitalization to over $20 billion. His entrepreneurial background also includes co-founding the travel platform Hotwire in 1999 and the real estate co-ownership startup Pacaso, which reached a $1.5 billion valuation following a $75 million Series C funding round in 2022. Rascoff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University and co-authored the 2015 book "Zillow Talk" about real estate trends. Today, he primarily focuses on pre-seed and seed venture investments across the consumer internet, travel technology, and property technology sectors.
