Spencer Singer

Spencer Singer is an Associate at MassMutual Ventures based in New York City, where he focuses on sourcing and executing early-stage technology investments. Since joining the firm in July 2023, he has participated in the close of its $300 million Fund II and supported portfolio companies such as Sema4 AI. Previously, Singer served as an Analyst at Insight Partners from 2021 to 2023, evaluating enterprise software startups for a firm with a portfolio of over 500 companies. He began his career as a Venture Scout at Techstars and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Recently, he spoke on emerging insurtech trends at a New York venture capital panel in September 2025. His current investment focus centers on enterprise software, insurtech, fintech, cybersecurity, and climate tech.
