Spencer Tall

Spencer Tall is a Managing Director at AllegisCyber Capital, where he focuses on early-stage security and enterprise SaaS investments. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has leveraged over 20 years of venture capital experience to back companies such as Area 1 Security, Synack, and IMVU. His portfolio includes notable exits like Solera Networks, which was acquired by Bluecoat, and WebTV, which was purchased by Microsoft. Previously, Tall served as the co-founder of APV Technology Ventures and the co-owner of Asia Pacific Ventures, a business advisory firm where he worked with more than 50 United States companies. In these prior roles, he consulted for major international enterprises including Sony, Fujitsu, and NEC to build strategic relationships across Asian markets. Today, his primary investment focus remains on seed and early-stage cybersecurity, analytics, and cloud infrastructure startups.
