Srecko Dzeko

Srecko Dzeko is a General Partner at Flash Ventures based in Berlin, Germany, where he directs early-stage venture capital investments across the European and Latin American markets. Prior to his current investment role, he served as a Senior Consultant at the management consulting firm McKinsey. He previously held institutional banking positions at Morgan Stanley and ANZ. His professional background also includes private equity experience with 3i and direct entrepreneurial operations as the founder of Simplo, a venture-backed B2B marketplace. Dzeko completed his higher education across multiple disciplines, earning a degree in philosophy from the London School of Economics and a business degree from the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. Operating primarily as a day-zero investor, his current focus centers on identifying, structuring, and funding emerging business opportunities during their initial formation phases.
