Sri Chandrasekar

Sri Chandrasekar is the Managing Partner of Point72 Ventures, Point72 Private Investments, and Point72 Hyperscale, based in Bellevue, Washington. In his current capacity, he oversees the firm's artificial intelligence and deep tech investment teams, co-leads consumer investments, and manages a portfolio that averages 20 to 25 new deals annually. Before joining Steven A. Cohen's global asset management firm, Chandrasekar directed the Analytics practice and led the Lab41 AI research facility at In-Q-Tel, the strategic investment arm of the Central Intelligence Agency. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade as an engineer at BAE Systems, where he designed advanced military communication networks. His professional background centers on transitioning complex defense and intelligence technologies into commercial applications, with a primary focus on funding applied AI and deep tech startups from seed to later stages.
