Sri Pangulur

Sri Pangulur is a Partner at Mayfield Fund in San Francisco, California, where he co-leads the firm's Select/Spring Fund focused on new Series B investments. Before joining Mayfield, he served as a sales executive at Cloudflare, leading the North America sales team, and previously worked in software investments at Lehman Brothers and mergers and acquisitions at KeyBanc Capital Markets. While at Cloudflare, Pangulur established the Overtime VC syndicate, deploying approximately $20 million across 65 early-stage companies. His syndicate portfolio includes notable enterprise infrastructure and application startups such as Abnormal Security, which reached a $5.1 billion valuation, and Airbyte, valued at $1.5 billion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and his current professional focus centers on identifying and funding enterprise technology companies across the seed to Series B stages.
