Sriram Bhargav Karnati

Sriram Bhargav Karnati is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Theya, a consumer finance fintech company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in December 2022 and backed by Y Combinator as part of its Winter 2023 batch, the private technology startup currently operates with a core team of three to seven employees. Prior to establishing Theya, Karnati accumulated over ten years of software engineering experience, which included building crypto custody and self-custody wallets while leading crypto engineering initiatives at Robinhood, FalconX, and GameStop Blockchain. He previously worked as a software engineer at Google and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. His current professional focus centers on developing secure Bitcoin infrastructure and simplifying multisig vaults to improve overall usability for everyday consumer finance applications.
