Stacie Rader

Stacie Rader is the Senior Partner of Human Resources at Flagship Pioneering, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since officially joining the venture firm in 2014 after consulting for its portfolio companies since 2000, she has scaled the internal organization from 20 to over 220 team members. Previously, Rader served as the Senior Vice President of Executive Operations and Human Resources at BG Medicine and as the Corporate Director of Worldwide Employment at Applera Corporation. Her earlier career includes overseeing the hiring of 600 global employees at PerSeptive Biosystems, acting as an interim human resources executive in the genomics sector, and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Babson College. Rader currently focuses on driving talent acquisition, executive leadership development, compensation design, and corporate governance strategies for high-growth, venture-backed biotechnology and life sciences companies.
