Stani Ryabenkiy

Stani Ryabenkiy is the Head of Legal at Altair Capital, an international venture capital firm, and is currently based in Vienna, Austria. In this senior capacity, he oversees legal operations and structuring for an investment firm that manages $600 million in assets across a portfolio of more than 300 technology startups, including five unicorn companies. Prior to joining Altair Capital and its associated syndicate platform AltaClub, Ryabenkiy gained corporate legal experience working at Ettorney. He has accumulated over fifteen years of professional experience, specifically spending five years in business analysis before dedicating eight years to the legal sector. He holds an academic degree in Business Informatics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Ryabenkiy's current focus centers on managing complex legal frameworks and venture capital investment transactions for early-stage and growth-stage technology startups.
