Stephane Gantchev is currently a Partner at LAUNCHub Ventures based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Transitioning from a prior career in the IT and telecommunications sectors, he joined the venture capital firm to focus on early-stage technology investments across the Southeastern and Central-Eastern Europe regions. He is actively deploying capital from the firm's €74 million third fund, targeting seed and pre-Series A rounds in enterprise software, fintech, and artificial intelligence. Gantchev has led investments in and supported the growth of several notable regional startups, including Quantive, FintechOS, and OfficeRnD. His portfolio track record includes the successful acquisition and exit of Cloudpipes, while 75% of his backed companies have secured follow-on funding totaling more than €400 million. His current professional focus remains on identifying, funding, and scaling high-growth technology ventures emerging from the broader European startup ecosystem.
