Stephanie Grayson

Stephanie Grayson is a technology entrepreneur currently serving as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Cambio, an artificial intelligence platform for commercial real estate operations. Before launching the enterprise software startup in 2021 alongside co-founder Leia de Guzman, she worked as a commercial real estate investor deploying institutional capital at Goldman Sachs and KKR. The first-generation Cuban American executive earned a bachelor's degree in Government and Economics from Harvard University and was subsequently named to the Crain's New York Business 40 Under 40 list. At Cambio, she develops software solutions designed to address climate action within the built environment, targeting a sector that is responsible for 40% of global carbon emissions.
