Stephanie Young

Stephanie Young is the co-founder and CEO of Pearson Labs, an artificial intelligence legal technology startup based in San Francisco, California. The Y Combinator-backed company develops AI agents designed to automate complex corporate transactions like mergers and acquisitions, reportedly helping early design partners such as Orrick reduce transaction-delivery costs by 40 to 60 percent. Before launching Pearson Labs in 2024, she founded Riva, an artificial intelligence platform focused on employee offer negotiations that was acquired by Teal in 2022.
