Stephen Garden

Stephen Garden is the Executive Chairman of Caylent and is based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Previously, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Onica, scaling the cloud computing consulting firm to more than 400 employees before its acquisition by Rackspace Technology in late 2019. Under his executive leadership, Onica emerged as a premier consulting partner for Amazon Web Services, generating substantial annual recurring revenue and expanding its international operational footprint. Garden holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, completed an academic exchange program at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and earned a first-class honors degree in business studies from the University of Brighton. His professional background and current focus center on guiding cloud-native service providers through rapid growth phases, operational maturity, and strategic enterprise scaling.
