Stephen Hsu

Stephen Hsu is a Partner at FirstHand Alliance, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. At FirstHand Alliance, he directs B2B software investments ranging from $100,000 to $5 million per deal, recently participating in funding rounds for startups including Artifact and Freed's $30 million Series A. Prior to his venture capital career, Hsu served as the Chief Product Officer at Calendly and held multiple senior leadership roles at Salesforce. During his tenure at Salesforce, he operated as Senior Vice President of Product and General Manager, overseeing the $1.8 billion MuleSoft Integration Platform. He previously worked as the Head of Product at Directly and remains an active early-stage technology investor with Hyphen Capital. Hsu currently focuses his financial investments and strategic advisory efforts on early-stage B2B autonomous agentic AI and enterprise software companies.
