Dr. Stephen Liu is a Venture Partner at BioVentures MedTech and the Chairman and Founder of Forme, based in the Los Angeles area. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, bringing over twenty-five years of professional experience as an academic physician and corporate executive leader. Previously, he served as a senior advisor at Opko Health and was involved in notable liquidity events, including the $2.65 billion sale of Postmates to Uber and a $950 million activist campaign sale of Collector's Universe. Liu currently holds board positions with TAG Grading and Brain Box Solutions, while also acting as a limited partner across several sports investment funds. His current professional focus centers on bridging clinical healthcare, human performance technology, and early-stage medical device investments.
