Steve Salis

Steve Salis is the Chairman and CEO of Sizzle Acquisition Corp and the Founder and CEO of Salis Holdings, currently based in Washington DC, United States. He previously co-founded the fast-casual restaurant chain &pizza, successfully scaling the business to over 40 locations across five states and DC before completing an exit from the company in 2019. Through Salis Holdings, he acquires and operates a diversified portfolio of consumer and retail businesses, including regional brands such as Ted's Bulletin, the Michelin-recognized barbecue restaurant Federalist Pig, and the historic bookstore Kramers. Additionally, he leads Sizzle Acquisition Corp, a NASDAQ-listed special purpose acquisition company targeting strategic investments and acquisitions in the retail, hospitality, and food technology sectors. His professional focus remains on establishing, acquiring, and transforming consumer brands across the food and beverage, property technology, and restaurant industries.
