Steven St. Peter

Steven is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Vie Ventures, bringing two decades of venture capital and life sciences investing experience. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of The T1D Fund from 2019 to 2025, leading the largest impact investing fund dedicated to type 1 diabetes therapeutics. He previously founded and served as President and CEO of Aratana Therapeutics from 2012 to 2019, guiding the pet therapeutics company through its public market debut. His extensive background includes investment positions at major financial institutions such as the Carlyle Group, Apax Partners, and MPM Capital, where he backed notable companies like Align Technologies and SkinMedica.
