Sunil Pai

Sunil Pai is a Partner at AngelList and Co-Founder at ACOF, based in San Francisco, California. Previously, he spent over 10 years in the venture capital industry, including a tenure as a venture capitalist at DFJ, where the firm's portfolio included investments in SpaceX, Tesla, Twitter, and Box. Before entering venture capital, Pai worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on technology strategy, cloud computing, and mobility. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a certificate in entrepreneurship from UC Berkeley, where he also conducted research at the Haas School of Business on high-tech corporate innovation. Throughout his career, he has raised his own fund, placed hundreds of emerging managers, and advised numerous early-stage startups on investor presentations. His current focus centers on early-stage technology investments and providing strategic guidance to emerging venture managers.
