Susan Kim

Susan Kim is a Limited Partner at Operator Collective based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Edmodo until March 2021, scaling the education technology platform to over one hundred million members globally. Before joining Edmodo, Kim was the CEO of EatWith, where she expanded the startup marketplace to feature more than 700 home chefs across 50 countries. She also served as the CEO of Plum District, growing its e-commerce user base to over two million members during her tenure. Her earlier career includes operational leadership positions at Google and eBay, and she holds both an MBA and a BA from Harvard University. Kim currently focuses on investing in and mentoring early-stage technology companies across the e-commerce and education sectors through organizations like TechStars LA and MuckerLab.
