Susan Paley

Susan Paley is a Partner at Everywhere Ventures based in New York City, where she focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage investments across the consumer and future of work sectors. Before joining her current firm in 2021, she served as a General Partner at Primary Venture Partners from 2014 to 2021. Her venture capital career is preceded by operational leadership roles at early consumer technology startups, including Thrillist and GroupMe, which was subsequently acquired by Skype. Paley has built a personal portfolio of over 40 companies, backing notable startups such as FashWire, Devoted Studios, and Glean, which recently reached a $4.6 billion valuation following its Series F funding round. The University of Michigan graduate currently leverages her extensive operational background to support early-stage founders building consumer internet, retail technology, and future of work software platforms.
