Susannah Duke

Susannah Duke is a Principal at Pelion Venture Partners based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Promoted to her current position in January 2023, she invests out of the firm's $370 million to $420 million funds, targeting Seed, Series A, and Series B B2B software companies. Duke serves as a Board Observer for startups including Britive, Trace, Shoptrue, and BookClub, while working alongside portfolio companies like MX and BigPanda. Before joining Pelion in 2018, she worked as a Risk Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2014 to 2016 and completed a summer consulting associate role at Deloitte. She holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Brigham Young University, and she was recently selected as a Class 29 Kauffman Fellow. Her current investment focus centers on early-stage enterprise software, fintech, and infrastructure startups operating across the United States.
