Susanne Schorsch

Susanne Katharina Schorsch is currently a Partner at Amadeus Capital Partners, where she focuses on the firm's European early-growth deep tech strategy. Before joining the firm in 2023, she served as a Partner at Verve Ventures and spent fifteen years as an executive at BASF, leading its $1.4 billion Global Additives Business. Since 2014, Schorsch has led or co-led more than twenty-five investments across the health, biotechnology, and digital technology sectors. Her investment track record includes the 2021 initial public offerings of Onward and Astrocast, as well as the 2024 private equity acquisition of NetGuardians. She holds degrees in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and completed executive education programs at the Wharton School and UC Berkeley Haas. Schorsch leverages her extensive corporate leadership and venture capital experience to scale emerging deep tech enterprises.
