Suzanne Griffin

Suzanne Griffin is the Co-founder of Craftwork, an early-stage technology startup that recently participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2023 accelerator program. Prior to launching her own venture in 2023, she developed her foundational operational expertise by serving as an early-stage employee at two other prominent Y Combinator-backed companies. Griffin previously worked at CareRev, a healthcare staffing platform that emerged from the accelerator's Summer 2016 batch, where she gained direct experience in scaling digital workforce solutions. Additionally, she held an operational role at Plato, an online learning and engineering mentorship platform from the Winter 2016 cohort. Throughout her career, she has consistently focused on navigating the initial growth phases of technology startups across the healthcare and education sectors. Griffin's current focus remains on building Craftwork and executing early-stage startup operations within the broader technology ecosystem.
