Sven Fund

Sven Fund is a Managing Partner at Project A Ventures based in Berlin, Germany, where he leads early-stage investments across the European technology sector. Prior to his venture capital career, he co-founded Rocket Internet alongside the Samwer brothers in 2007 and helped scale early operations for the e-commerce platform Zalando. At Project A, Fund oversees a portfolio of more than 100 companies and recently led a €200 million fundraise in early 2024 to back startups in fintech, logistics, and enterprise software. His investment track record includes notable exits such as the 2021 initial public offering of Auto1 Group, supported by an academic foundation that includes a doctorate from the University of Münster and a master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Fund currently focuses on bridging European and United States technology ecosystems by scaling early-stage internet businesses.
