T.J. Rose

T.J. Rose, originally from Tallahassee, Florida, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ironleaf Capital, a private equity firm operating in the United States. Before establishing his own investment firm, he served as a Partner at two firms, Veritas Capital and Abry Partners, and held the position of Vice President at Audax Private Equity. Earlier in his professional career, Rose gained foundational experience in management consulting and investment banking through roles at McKinsey & Company and Goldman Sachs. His academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Rose currently focuses his investments on the intersection of healthcare and technology, partnering with founders to scale tech-enabled companies that improve operational efficiency and reduce systemic costs across the medical ecosystem.
