Takahiro Suzuki

Takahiro Suzuki is a Partner and General Partner at Genesia Ventures, Inc., currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Before transitioning to Genesia Ventures at the end of September 2018, he spent over seven consecutive years working at CyberAgent Ventures, which is now formally known as CyberAgent Capital. He initially joined the investment firm as a venture capitalist in June 2011 and was subsequently promoted to head of the division by October of that same year. Suzuki holds a degree from the Waseda University School of Sport Sciences, where his early international experiences included volunteering for non-governmental organizations in Vietnam and Cambodia and interning to launch educational media at a local startup. Today, his primary investment focus centers on supporting founders who are building large-scale technology businesses to solve fundamental social issues across developing and emerging markets.
