Tal Feld is the current Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at FinTech Solutions, based in Tel Aviv, where he leads a 45-person engineering department. Prior to this role, Feld spent six years as a Senior Engineering Manager at Google, directing the development of machine learning algorithms for search infrastructure that processed over 10 billion daily queries. He previously held the position of Lead Software Architect at Microsoft, designing cloud-based enterprise applications that contributed to a $120 million increase in regional software sales. Feld began his professional career in the elite Unit 8200 of the Israel Defense Forces, followed by earning a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. His professional background demonstrates a sustained focus on scaling complex backend architectures and driving technical innovation within tier-one global technology corporations.
