Tal Tochner

Tal Tochner is the Chief Operating Officer at Tastewise Technologies Ltd., based in the Tel Aviv area of Israel. Previously, she spent nearly a decade in venture capital, including her tenure at PICO Venture Partners, where she served as a Venture Partner and Investment Director leading deal flow across software-enabled sectors until July 2022. Before joining PICO, Tochner was one of the youngest investment partners at Tel Aviv Capital, managing technology investments, M&A, and secondary deals. Additionally, she served as Head of Business Development for WMN, a co-working space for female-led ventures. She earned an undergraduate degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2013 and was named a Forbes Under 30 recipient in 2017. As a Class 24 Kauffman Fellow, her focus centers on scaling early-stage software ventures, executing go-to-market strategies, and advancing female leadership initiatives.
