Talal Ahmad Gondal

Talal Ahmad Gondal is an entrepreneur and former venture capitalist based in Berlin, Germany, who previously served as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of TAG Fintech. Prior to launching the financial technology startup, he worked at Amazon and operated as an investor in the European market. During his tenure at TAG Fintech, Gondal led the company's early expansion efforts, which included an attempt to acquire a commercial bank. He resigned from his executive position on March 1, 2022, following an internal leadership dispute with co-founder Alexander Lukianchuk that involved a tampered regulatory document submitted to the State Bank of Pakistan. Following his departure, investors alleged in a corporate letter that Gondal illegally transferred over $599,000 to his personal accounts.
