Tanya Boyko

Tanya Boyko is currently a Principal at ArcTern Ventures and the Head of Operations at Siteline, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Prior to her current dual roles, she served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she led corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions projects. Her earlier career includes positions as Chief of Staff at the shared ridehailing startup Autzu, a Private Equity Analyst at Meridiam Infrastructure, and an Environmental Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald. Boyko brings a decade of multidisciplinary engineering and investment experience to her work, having advised over nine startup companies as an Unreasonable Mentor and participated in the 2021 Shell StartUp Engine. Her current focus centers on scaling early-stage sustainable technology portfolio companies and executing Series A and Series B venture capital investments across the global climate change sector.
